Loyalty Card — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The loyalty programme applies only to Full Wash services (interior + exterior).

Qualifying washes

Only fully paid Full Wash services earn a stamp. The free 10th (loyalty) wash does not earn a stamp.

Reward

After nine (9) paid Full Washes, the tenth (10th) Full Wash is offered free of charge.

Vehicle registration

The card is linked to a specific vehicle registration number and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or customer.

Vehicle category

The free wash corresponds to the same vehicle category as the qualifying washes. If the category changes (e.g. Car → SUV), the price difference must be paid.

Card presentation

The card must be presented at the time of payment to receive a stamp. Stamps cannot be added later if the card was not presented.

Validity

Each card is valid for six (6) months from issue. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

Loss or damage

Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any accumulated stamps will be forfeited.

Cash value

The free wash has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Programme integrity

CAR360° Car Wash reserves the right to refuse or cancel stamps in cases of suspected misuse, fraud or alteration of the card.

Price adjustment

If service prices change, the free wash corresponds to the category collected and any applicable difference may be charged.

Management rights

CAR360° Car Wash reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time without prior notice.
